Stelios Americanos & Co LLC advised the Malteze Group of AIF Mizzi & Sons in their latest expansion in Cyprus.

In this new project AIF Mizzi is joining forces with Lanitis Group to develop Limassol Greens Golf resort, a special leisure and residential project in the Fasouri area near Limassol including luxury villas and apartments, a high quality 18 whole golf course, wellness and sport center in an area of approximately 1.400.00 sq. meters.

Stelios Americanos & Co LLC assisted on the legal aspects of the transaction advising on the share purchase agreement and the shareholders’ agreement entered between the parties.
