Ms. Katerina Efthyvoulou graduated from Lykio Soleas in 1996. From 2000 she practices in the corporate administration section until today. She joined our law in February 2008 and she is member of the Corporate Administration Department, serving as Senior Corporate Administrator.

Ms. Efthyvoulou is dealing with the daily administration of Cyprus and foreign jurisdiction companies for the past 19 years. She participates and handles all the compliance reviews of companies, while she also liaises with clients or on behalf of clients on various legal, banking and corporate matters.

She is also dealing with the preparation and review of all documents necessary for the diligent management of Cyprus and Foreign companies including minutes, resolutions, Powers of Attorneys and other legal agreements. She also liaises with local and foreign banks for the purpose of opening local and international bank accounts for international corporate clients.
