Mr. George Andreou graduated from the University of Reading, UK (LL.B.) in 2018, and then completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC) combined with his Master in Business and Finance Law (MSc) at the University of Law in 2019. He joined our Law firm in 2019 as a trainee lawyer and a year later he became an associate of Stelios Americanos & Co LLC, having successfully admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2020.

Mr. Andreou is operating under three departments: (i) Real Estate, Immigration & Citizenship, (ii) Corporate & Commercial and (iii) Mergers & Acquisitions. He specializes in practice areas of drafting, negotiating and reviewing of all types of corporate documents and execution of international transactions on international and domestic projects. He involved, amongst others, in complex share purchase agreements, real estate transactions, due diligence reports and provision of legal opinions on various corporate law matters.

He speaks Greek and English.
