Ms. Agata Golonka graduated from Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland, Master of Pedagogy. She has more than 10 years experience in the corporate administration practice and she joined our law firm in December 2016.

As member of the Corporate Administration Department, Ms. Golonka is dealing with the administration of Cyprus and foreign jurisdiction companies for international clients. She is handling a large portfolio of clients on a daily basis, dealing with all their corporate administration affairs and with incorporation of companies in various jurisdictions; liaising with agents, external and internal advisers and consultants on various corporate matters, preparation, review and execution of various secretarial services/documents of the Companies.

She also handles all the administration relating to opening bank accounts in all banks whether in Cyprus or abroad.

Besides Polish, Ms. Golonka also speaks Greek, English and Slovak.
