The seminar exposed the legal challenges but also the opportunities that open up as well as a further analysis of the concept as a whole.

Asset tokenization involves the fragmentation of real-world assets into digital tokens, with the owners of these digital tokens enjoying some kind of right to the said assets. In simple words, we are substituting assets with digital tokens and use those digital tokens to carry out transactions relating to the said asset.
