2025 TD1 Personal Tax Return – Extension to filing deadline

The Council of Ministers, acting under the authority granted by Articles 5(1A) and 13(1) of the Assessment and Collection of Taxes Laws of 1978 to (No.2) of 2025, has issued Decree 260/2026.

Published in the Official Gazette of the Republic on 12th of June 2026, the Decree extends the deadline for the submission of the 2025 personal income tax return and the payment of any tax due thereon for individuals who are neither self-employed nor required to prepare audited or reviewed financial statements.

The new deadline for both obligations is 31st of October 2026.
