Thanos Leontaris, Blockchain and Innovation Unit team member gave a talk on ‘’Blockchain and the legal issues in the supply chain’’ at the Blockchain in Supply Chain Conference held last week in Athens. His talk was focused on how blockchain can help tackle legal issues that arise in the supply chain and specifically on Insurance and commodities,Counterfeit products in the supply chain,Commercial/banking escrow payments pending on merchandise transfer, Admiralty law and the use of blockchain and the customs processes and verification.
