Ms. Nicoletta Savva graduated from Pagkyprio Gymnasium in 1998 and she has more than 20 years experience in the corporate administration practice. She joined our law firm in 2018 as member of the Corporate Administration Department.

Ms. Savva is dealing with the administration of Cyprus and foreign jurisdiction companies, providing support on every aspect related to corporate administration. She particularly handles all the administration relating to bank accounts and she liaises with agents for offshore companies. Over the years of practice, she has gained a valuable experience in dealing with international clients and in handling all mainstream or more advanced issues that related to corporate administration.
She is also dealing with the preparation and review of all documents necessary for the diligent management of Cyprus and Foreign companies including minutes, resolutions, Powers of Attorneys and other legal agreements.
