Ms. Juliana Kyriakides graduated from the University of Deree, in Athens.  She obtained the BSc degree in Business Administration in 1990. Ms. Kyriakides joined our law firm in January 2010.

Ms. Kyriakides is Partner of our law firm and Head of the Corporate Administration Department.  She is dealing and overseeing issues of the Corporate Sector relating to international clients, for the past 28 years. She has extensive experience in working, mostly, with large Russian and Ukrainian groups, providing ongoing support and advice on a wide range of issues related to the corporate administration and compliance section.

Over the years of practice, she has gained a valuable experience in dealing with international clients that operate in a broad range of sectors, providing them with advice and assistance on the corporate side, while always obtaining a parallel legal and accounting review of matters, thus furnishing clients with a comprehensive professional advice to any issues involving their day-to-day business.
